RESORT RULES

  1. 100 percent payment has to be made to confirm booking.
  2. Cancellation policy: We offer 50% refund if the cancellation date is 30 days or more from the booking date. We do not provide any refund if the booking date is less than 30 days. Booking dates cannot be changed after booking.
  3. Photo IDs of all the members entering the property has to be provided by mail on or before making the payment. Guests will not be allowed to check-in without providing the same.
  4. No smoking in the indoor area.
  5. Liquor drinking is not allowed near the pool area.
  6. Loud music can’t be played after 10pm, as we have neighbors at 50 feet distance. Small residential/Bluetooth speakers are totally fine.
  7. Guests are requested to conduct cake-cutting ceremonies in the lawn area.
  8. Outside food is Strictly not allowed
  9. Usage of swimming pool is restricted after 12 mid-night. Guests have to understand that such rules are for the welfare of their own safety.
  10. Pets are not allowed.
  11. Check-in time: 12.00 pm
  12. Check-out time: 11.00 am
  13. Please do not enter the indoor area with wet legs/clothes as the floors are very slippery. Guests are requested to dry themselves after using the pool in the rest room near the pool area.
  14. Adult supervision is required, when the kids play in the swimming pool area.
  15. Cooking is prohibited inside our property.
  16. Help us maintain the property clean. Please use the dustbins provided.
  17. The management does not take responsibility for the loss of valuables left inside the room.
  18. Hazardous goods and/or materials, which are considered illegal by the Indian government, are prohibited inside the property. The guests shall be solely liable and responsible to the management on holding such materials.
  19. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent foods are strictly prohibited on the villa premises.
  20. The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by them, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
  21. The guest must conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the property. The management has the right to request any guest to vacate the property in such circumstances.
  22. Removing items from the rooms or moving them to other places is prohibited.
